You woke yourself in an old house, trapped inside of it by a crazy, old woman. Evil Granny wields a bloodied baseball bat and will crush your head if you meet her. Try to be smart and figure out a way to get out of the house without getting killed. Look for useful objects and weapons. Good luck!
