PENGUIN OVERLORDS: No Flash is yet another classic Flash game from the first decade of 2000s. Your goal, as the Penguin Overlord, is to defeat the army of turtles that have taken over your world. Your goal is to raise a powerful, turtle-eating army and re-conquer your land. On each level, you have to control a squad of penguins that will chase and eat turtles. They will automatically move, but you must react quickly and collect eggs that dead turtles will drop. Be fast and destroy all turtles before your penguins die from starvation. Earn money and spend it on various upgrades. Lots of fun for all classic Flash games fans!
